Notes to this poem…
A portmanteau is a word that fuses both the sounds and the meanings of its components. It is that togetherness aspect of it which connected me to Valentine’s Day, when people should be together. Simple, but abstract reach, of a concept for a little poem. 🙂
Happy Valentine’s Day, everybody.
