Justin Trudeau is in the best part of the honeymoon phase of his tenure as Prime Minister. He hasn’t done anything, made lots of big, wonderful sounding promises, and is young and good looking to get “fan-girled” the world all over. To that end, I thought of a few appropriate comparisons.
Aurora borealis is the “northern lights”, a marvelous and breath-taking spectacle seen in the far north of the globe, including in Canada. Justin Trudeau must be like that to some of these people, an awe inspiring light up high in the great white north.
Cannabis, on the other hand, is marijuana. It can get people into the same drooling sort of admiration state for someone or some thing. It’s also something Justin Trudeau campaigned on legalizing, with people who think very highly of it and others demonizing it.
Which, or both, that Justin Trudeau might be, or turn out to be, we’ll see. 🙂
