Notes to this poem…

First poem completed in 2016 and it’s about Donald Trump. Facepalm! But I can’t control what surfaces among my thoughts. I hate all things Trump enough I’m putting the Trump filter on my Chrome browser! That’s probably where this came out of. 🙂

Quality is also a bit of a facepalm, but whatever. This is a collection of all my poetry, not just the good stuff. 🙂

Clerihews are very fun to write. Short, simple and with required humour, they should also give some biographical insight into the subject.

Donald Trump is about nothing but stupidity and controversy. However, to say he embraces them would be to understate and inappropriately describe how he engages them. Humping is, by far, the more appropriate verb, in more ways than one. 🙂
