But naught from others

Notes to this poem…

This was a second tanka from the same event about which I wrote in Tanka 12. Since the situation was described more fully in the annotations with that poem, I’ll only add this.

If you were to have two nightmares and an erotic dream in one night, the best outcome could only be that you remember nothing of the nightmares, and everything of the erotic dream. 😉

The poems titled Tanka, followed by a number, are tanka composed while I was not engaged in some activity during which I frequently composed poetry. That is why these are called the Inactive Tanka collection.
