Notes to this poem…
Written while I was posing in hopes it would be true of someone who posed after me. For once we had a woman with a stunning body to draw, in my judgment of beauty, with curves and fitness. I had decided to go not knowing she were even interested in going, to be honest. However, it made the poem more dramatic as if I did give up the weekend for the opportunity.
The N-series poems were composed while I posed nude for life drawing, being very still with excess mental capacity I must force myself to occupy with appropriate thoughts so nothing awkward would happen. 🙂
