Guy in a nice suit –
Is taking the bus?
You keep on judging I’m poor

Notes to this poem…

I wore a suit to several events today to which I had to take the bus. On one ride, I overheard two young women talking about how I must have spent all my money on my nice suit to be taking the bus, and laughing.

Well, at least they thought my suit was nice. However, it was made in Viet Nam by a friend of my Aunt’s for fairly cheap, and made like 20 years ago and I’m still wearing it!

Yeah. You keep judging I’m poor. I’m not interested in anyone liking me for my money, and I’m quite comfortable with that. 🙂

The H-series poems comprise of haiku composed while I was not engaged in some activity during which I frequently composed poetry. That is why these are called the Inactive Haiku collection.
