Notes to this poem…

Ketchikan was an immensely hilly, but gorgeous, town in Alaska, on my Alaskan cruise, and I ran it all to get all the view points! I think I did about 1200 m of up and down hill climbs combined on a tour all around town, waterfront and interior.

The R-series poems were composed while I was out running, in an effort to find time for writing in a life that is always getting busier.
