Where will I write poetry
The Big Lift is done?

Notes to this poem…
Good question! I might not ever again, except for short bursts like on cruises or flights, for which I have separate poem series, because I’m usually not confined anywhere on a regular basis where I’m not having to do things like work. I’ll milk these ferry rides that I have to take for all they’re worth to see how many poems I can get out of them.
My ferry trips are numbered at this time of year, though. I only have a handful of trips left for tennis before the club closes. I will be off their Board so no more meetings. I will have a few clothing fitting trips with friends who are my sewing models, but they’ll be few because I don’t go often, and the Big Lift is slated to be done by the end of 2016.
From what I could see remaining for trips and composition pace, I hope to get to 365, or a poem per day in a year, at an ambitious rate. Only time will tell, though.
The F-series poems are part of a collection composed on my ferry rides across Halifax Harbour when the buses aren’t crossing the MacDonald bridge due to the Big Lift bridge redecking. This should keep happening until at least December 2016.
