Two hours’ power skating
Left the Oval in

Notes to this poem…

An impromptu workout tonight when the temperature was like 5 degree Celcius, without much wind, with some fog to make the outdoor Emera Oval feel like a natural indoor skating track, if that makes any sense. I got going, it felt good, with the fog passing by to clear and fog up again, revealing the moon when clear. I was on fire so I kept going to the 2 hour maximum for the skating session instead of going home after an hour like I normally do. Something might hurt tomorrow but we’ll see. 🙂

The S-series poems were composed while I was out skating on the Halifax Emera Skating Oval, to squeeze in writing time in a life that is always getting busier.
