Writing haiku as a distraction from other activities I’m doing at home stuck inside from this blizzard. Feb 13th is Mistress Day, apparently. However, it occurred to me that to have a mistress, you’d have to have someone steady on whom to cheat. Booo to that as I’m doubly losing out in February. lol
The H-series poems comprise of haiku composed while I was not engaged in some activity during which I frequently composed poetry. That is why these are called the Inactive Haiku collection.
