Notes to this poem…
Despite how fun or satisfying that might sound, I’m a little disappointed, to be honest. There ain’t no justice like that which my Karma dishes out if its record in my life so far is any indicator of its work to come. It makes things happen even my vivid imagination couldn’t even dream up to get me justice when I am deserving of it. It’s so cruel sometimes I even pray for It to be kind to potential victims as I don’t deem much is needed as I sometimes feel. A high degree of emotional intelligence will make one do things like that. 🙂
However, if the keys are mine for this, then so be it. I’ll think of something for the story books, inspired by what my Karma had done in the past, already feeling emboldened with bravado before I’m even starting! 🙂
The H-series poems comprise of haiku composed while I was not engaged in some activity during which I frequently composed poetry. That is why these are called the Inactive Haiku collection.
