Harbourwalk Poem W049

Phone booth on the Harbourwalk –
Heritage amidst

Copyright by Minh Tan on listed dated of completion.

Notes to this poem…

That phone booth looked out of place amidst all the construction and completed construction done in recent years. It didn’t evoke nostalgia in me, though. It just made me wish I had my Superman cosplay outfit underneath what I was wearing. 🙂

The W-series poems comprise mostly of haiku or tanka composed during walks I took on the portion of Halifax’s waterfront known as the Harbourwalk, in 2018, when the Seabridge was in place.
