Notes to this poem…

I missed the ferry on this trip, but instead of composing poems for this collection, despite starting out wanting to reach 400 poems to the collection total and being six short, I opted to play the public piano at Alderney Landing terminal. I didn’t regret it, the playing and the fact I got to 400 poems, and then some, for the collection, as you can see by the number of this poem being 402.

The F-series poems are part of a collection composed on my ferry rides across Halifax Harbour when the buses aren’t crossing the MacDonald bridge due to the Big Lift bridge redecking. This should keep happening until at least December 2016.
