Easy to throw rock
Paper, or scissors
But not rock, paper, scissors

Notes to this poem…

From one Friday episode of the Indicator podcast where the hosts play rock, paper, scissors to see who would present their Indicator of the Week first, it was mentioned how it was really hard to “throw”, as in cheat to lose, a game of rock, paper, scissors. I don’t know where the male host, Cliff Garcia, who’s been losing these games of rock, paper, scissors, got that information, but I’ll trust him on it. So I wrote this punny little haiku. 🙂

The R-series poems were composed while I was out running, in an effort to find time for writing in a life that is always getting busier.
